Our Team

Katie Knez has worked for Knez Homes for 2 1/2 years as the company’s Marketing Manager, where she directs and implements the company’s branding and all forms of marketing. From the east side, Katie is a recent graduate of Cleveland State University, which sparked her appreciation for the city as a whole.

In her free time, Katie enjoys impulsive online shopping and spending time with her friends, family, and furbabies. Along with her new Alumni status, Katie is most proud of graduating Cum Laude and “adulting.”

Although not yet a homeowner, Katie actively plans her future home via Pinterest. Her best advice to first-time home builders is: “Pick selections that are timeless, not trendy.”
