The mission of B. R. Knez Construction is to serve as the cornerstone in the revitalization of Cleveland and its surrounding areas. About Us
Founded in 1988, Knez Homes is a premier real estate developer in Cleveland and surrounding neighborhoods. Knez first entered the real estate world in the eighties when Bo Knez bought his very first scattered-site residential lot in Lake County. Establishing itself as a reputable custom home builder in Lake & Geauga Counties, Knez Homes dominated the east-side suburbs for over 25 years.
After building a few custom homes in a Cleveland west-side neighborhood, Tremont, Knez saw an opportunity before itself. Our team worked close with city officials of Cleveland's sub-neighborhoods to plan new single-family and urban townhomes for the communities. Since this transition, Knez has grown to be a prominent and most active real estate developer in Cleveland and surrounding neighborhoods.
