Matt Schmidt works at Knez Homes as an Estimating & Project Manager.
A NEO resident, Matt has an extensive background in construction and is eager to bring his skills to the Knez team.

In his free time, Matt enjoys boating and playing music. In leu of his hobbies, Matt supports the Greater Cleveland Boating Association, and is passionate about political action and education. Aside from this, Matt is most proud of his family, his work in the boating community, and performing in the Johnstown Symphony Orchestra.

As an experienced homebuilder with an abundance of industry knowledge, Matt understands the variety of emotions that go into building a home. His best advice for first-time home builders is: “Find someone you can trust and keep an eye out on everything."
