Our Team

Jim Manning works at Knez Homes as a Warranty Manager and Junior Builder. Born and raised in Cleveland, Jim is an Alumni of Walsh Jesuit and the University of Dayton.

In his free time, Jim enjoys playing guitar, cooking, gardening, riding motorcycles, woodworking, and kayaking. In appreciation for his community and its youth, Jim regularly volunteers at the House of Champions where he helps students with afterschool homework and cooking dinners.

As a builder and warranty specialist, Jim is no stranger to the construction process. His best advice for first-time home builders is: “Try to enjoy the experience. "Problems might arise during or after the build but anything can be fixed.”
