Vice President - Production

Gary Platt works for Knez Homes as the company's Vice President of Development. Originally from the east side of Cleveland, Gary graduated from Kent State University and has worked in construction since.

In his free time, Gary enjoys working out, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with his family and friends. Above all else, Gary is most proud of serving in the United States Army.

As an experienced home builder, Gary handles the ins and outs of building a house on a daily basis. His advice to first-time home builders is: “Be patient and trust the process.”
