Jason Lance works for Knez Homes as a Personal Builder. Raised in Sheffield Lake, Jason is an Alumni of Lorain County JVS and currently resides in Lorain.

In his free time, Jason enjoys grilling, surfing, and spending time with his family and friends.

As a project manager and experienced home builder, Jason has spent a lot of time working with clients. His best advice for first-time home builders is: "Have fun with it."
