Michael David

Land Acquisition Manager & In-House Counsel

Michael David has worked for Knez Homes for 2 years as the company’s In-house Counsel & Land Acquisition Manager. A Cleveland Native, Mike is from the Old Brooklyn neighborhood. Aside from his Cleveland residence, Michael spent time at Bowling Green State University and Ohio Northern University, where he earned his BA and JD.

In his free time, Michael enjoys going to concerts, being outside, and golfing. Michael also participates yearly in Cleveland’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s and regularly donates to cancer research organizations.

Although his expertise is in land acquisition, Mike is no stranger to the home buying process. His biggest advice to first-time home builders is: “Ask questions, understand that building a home is one of the few goods still built by hand, follow up with your builder frequently to avoid hardship later.”
